Each YourHealth centre offers standard preventative medical assessments with a medical practitioner. These normally take between 30 minutes and one hour depending on how many things you would like to have assessed. |

A standard, preventative medical assessment is useful for all children and adults, regardless of age. It is a useful, educational experience that can help you focus on achieving optimal health and wellbeing and can hopefully help identify any issues before they become irreversible. |

| Procedures |
|
A standard medical assessment includes a comprehensive review of your medical history; measurement of height, weight, fat percentage and blood pressure; discussion of your overall wellbeing including diet, environmental factors, lifestyle and mental health and may include selected blood tests as appropriate. |

| Costs |
|
A standard medical assessment costs between $100 and $250 depending on the length of consultation that you request with the medical practitioner. Normal Medicare rebates apply. |
