| Procedures |

Two initial appointments will be needed. This will involve the following:
- Detailed questionnaire and thorough medical assessment and examination
- Detailed lifestyle, exercise and nutrition assessment
- Physical measurements including weight, Body Mass Index, blood pressure, urine
- Extensive risk factor analysis on blood testing using important risk markers
- State of the art assessment of blood vessels with Sphygmacor Analysis
- Computerised Electrocardiogram (ECG) and Lung Function Testing
- Comprehensive analysis of all the results, prepared in a folder to take away
- Detailed recommendation for a modification of the risk factors established
- Advice for an ongoing personalised monitoring program
